QR-Based Production Tracking for Footwear Manufacturing
A QR-based product tracking system for footwear manufacturing, built on the Kaikor Monitoring core engine to monitor production, quality metrics, and order fulfilment against customer demand.
Euko Footwear came to Kaikor with a familiar manufacturing problem: production was moving, but quality failures were hard to trace. When a sole or component went missing, nobody could say with confidence which station was responsible.

Euko Footwear, a footwear manufacturer, could not reliably trace quality failures across their production line. When a sole or component was missing or defective, teams had no way to know which station caused the decline — whether it was one of three stitching stations, the PU pouring area, curing, cutting, or trimming.
Our Approach
What we built
Kaikor built a QR-based product tracking system on the Kaikor Monitoring core. Each unit is scanned at every station, creating a full production trail from raw assembly through finishing. Operators and managers can instantly see where a product declined, compare production counts against sales, identify which clients are performing well, and spot high-selling products.
The system runs on Kaikor Monitoring. Each unit carries a QR code scanned at every step of the line, so every decline is tied to a specific station.

The impact
- Station-Level Defect Attribution. Pinpoint exactly which station — stitching, PU pouring, curing, cutting, or trimming — caused a quality decline for any given unit.
